★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful company to work with you don’t matter as an employee, they just care about looking good with their customers, very long processes to receive the last payment once you quit! IF YOU HAVE DIGNITY DON’T WORK WITH THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice workplace, however you're just one of the bunch and the pay is pretty low. However, great to learn and then move to a better paid call center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible company, don't even waste your time. I applied for a work at home position that was offered in El Salto, Jalisco. I had already signed my contract, bought a brand new headset and ethernet and conditioned my home with a work area. I contacted them days before to confirm my first day of training (i had already done the handshake) but never got the link to the training. I contacted every number they had contacted me from but they never resolved my case and only said they would call me that day. I finally contacted someone else the next day who told me my phone number was registered wrong (which it wasn't since I was contacted various times previously by different numbers of theirs and never had a problem). They said they don't employ foreigners (which I am not since El Salto is considered part of the ZMG) and that I could not work there because I would not be able to work on site eventually (something I told them since day one of my interview). When asked why the had that job offer online they said someone from Monterrey published them and they had no responsibility in that, just like in everything else. Too bad I wasted 4 hours in contract signing process, 4 in transportation, and money on my things for them to tell me after everything that they are "sorry" but I can't work there. You're just one more number to them and all they want is money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself isn't too bad, upkeep and security are pretty on point. That being said, the actual job and work environment are terrible. I can only comment on the campaign I worked, but you are treated as a number and their only goal was sells. My first day on floor, I did not make the attempt to sell and was given a written warning and was threatened with an acta administrativa if it happened again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not that great place to work. You can't expect much from a call center, your schedule will be strict and if you want to hit the bonus, you better follow it. They won't let you waste time on meals and they are ALWAYS counting the minutes you waste. The work environment depends on your campaign, also your schedule and shift. You don't get to choose the campaign. Unfortunately, its true that they speak lies about your campaign when you get hired. And its also true that they hire ANYONE (unless you have special needs ?). The common areas are nice, the work areas not so much. Lots of staff turnover, people can't stand the job under pressure. Finally its a job that will give you money, as long as you work.
