I don't like that company they stoled me so much money, they don't pay all time that you work for them.

I came to Teleperformance for a job contract and it wasn't as great as I expected. You may arrive early but leave late. If you are applying for a English speaking job they take you a test by AI while having your face mask on. Which prevents the AI to understand you clearly, as well as horrible old headphones which you can hardly hear and when the lady is starting to explain how to sign the contract to other groups it intervenes with your microphone and the headphones. Which really get you frustrated since you certainly can't hear with old low quality head sets and then the extra noise in the background distortion the microphone and the sound coming from the PC. I have taken other job offers and they certainly do not give you a AI foreign language test, they do it with a actual english speaker and a writing and reading test analysis which consist of more accuracy. I am not sure why but since I got to Mexico I've being giving two bad reviews so far, and for me is weird to give bad reviews. Well hope you don't end up like me and others who later on where told that their payment was something different from what was said during the interview. Only great thing is the Covid Precautions and regulations.
