★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio mala calidad todo es a lo que cobran creo que por ese cobro tendría que ser mejor, desde que vas y tratas con el personal que parece que le vas a pedir regalado las chicas están su mundo en el chisme te atienden de mala gana no puedo poner 0 estrellas porque no lo dejan pero si deja mucho que desear

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo el servicio. Muy lento el Internet, Muchas fallas, la atención a clientes es malísima el precio es muy costoso para el servicio que te ofrecen. Pero como es el único, pues que se le puede hacer.
Me extraña que en Pedro Escobedo solo tenga una sola opción de este servicio.
Ojalá algún día tengamos otras opciones y estoy seguro que el sistema de internet y cable de Pedro Escobedo se reduce al mínimo de clientes y entonces así, si. Harían algo para mejorar el servicio.
I regret the service. Internet very slow, Many failures, customer service is terrible the price is very expensive for the service they offer. But since it is the only one, then it can be done.
I am surprised that Pedro Escobedo only has one option for this service.
Hopefully one day we will have other options and I am sure that Pedro Escobedo's internet and cable system is reduced to a minimum of clients and so, yes. They would do something to improve the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio asquerosamente inútil, la señal se corta a cada rato, el servicio de internet es realmente una basura, la velocidad de bajada a lo mucho llega a 20megabits y de subida no llega ni a 1 megabit, no sirve ni para enviar imágenes por WhatsApp. No responden el teléfono o no dan ninguna solución.
A disgustingly useless service, the signal is cut off all the time, the internet service is really rubbish, the download speed at most reaches 20 megabits and the upload speed does not reach even 1 megabit, it does not even serve to send images through WhatsApp . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio de lo peor, una de fallas, no atienden el teléfono para reportar cuando hay fallas, te dan tiempo de 5 a 7 dias de respuesta y si te falla en festivo no hay ni a donde reportar, creo que lo podría soportar pero las tipas que atienden son mas groseras se le ponen al cliente al tu por tu.
