★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio definitivamente no es económico e incluso por fibra es normal quedarte sin internet por horas. Al punto que ya tuve que contratar mejor un internet de telcel para tener como respaldo. Me cambiaria de compañia, lamentablemente es la única empresa que tiene cobertura en mi casa.
The service is definitely not cheap and even with fiber, it is normal to run out of internet for hours. To the point that I already had to hire a better telcel internet to have as a backup. I would change companies, unfortunately it is the only company that has coverage in my house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención en la sucursal del centro, solo tengo un inconveniente con el servicio que cada que ventea comienzan a trabarse los canales del cable y si es incómodo estar viendo algún programa con esos detalles.
Very good service at the downtown branch, I only have one problem with the service that every time it vents the cable channels start to get stuck and if it is uncomfortable to be watching a program with those details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio de fibra óptica, estoy muy contento con ellos, tengo más de un año y todo muy bien, pago $899 por 150 Mbps y tv HD en todos mis cuartos. Recibo casi 160 Mbps de bajada y 85 Mbps de subida. En éstos 15 meses me he quedado sin servicio sólo un par de veces.
La tv se ve muy bien en HD, eso sí, por el formato que usan se necesita una tv reciente, como del 2018 en adelante si no los canales HD sólo se escucharán.
Lo recomiendo ampliamente, mejor que Totalplay.
Excellent fiber optic service, I am very happy with them, I have more than a year and everything is fine, I pay $899 for 150 Mbps and HD TV in all my rooms. I get almost 160 Mbps down and 85 Mbps up. In these 15 months I have been without service only a couple of times.
The TV looks very good in HD, yes, because of the format they use, a recent TV is needed, like from 2018 onwards, otherwise the HD channels will only be heard.
I highly recommend it, better than Totalplay.
