Ahora cuentan con fibra óptica, estoy probando con un paquete de 40 MB, hasta ahora todo bien. La señal de Telecable se ve horrible, siempre tiene mala recepción y los canales que te ofrecen son malos, yo no consumo cable, pero mis padres si y se quejan, la verdad para mí creo que solo el internet vale la pena. La encargada es una señorita joven que si bien hace su trabajó informado de los paquetes y demás es muy condescendiente y hasta apática a la hora de explicar, se nota en si cara el disgusto a la hora de repetir alguna información. Probaré si servicio un tiempo para ver qué tal funciona, ya que ni Telmex no wizz son competentes en cuanto a conexión de internet se refiere. -ACTUALIZACIÓN- 19/05/2022 PESIMO SERVICIO TÉCNICO, PASE DOS DIAS SIN SERVICIO Y EL TÉCNICO SOLO ME SACABA LA VUELTA, AHORA YA TENGO SERVICIO, PERO YA ESTOY VIENDO A QUE CAMBIARME, SON UNOS APÁTICOS. The service was fast in terms of installation, I had already contracted them years ago, only if the service was dropped because their internet failed very often. Now they have fiber optics, I'm trying with a 40 MB package, so far so good. The Telecable signal looks horrible, it always has poor reception and the channels they offer you are bad, I don't use cable, but my parents do and they complain, the truth is that for me I think the internet alone is worth it. The manager is a young lady who, although she does her work informed about the packages and others, is very condescending and even apathetic when it comes to explaining, you can see in her face the disgust when repeating some information.
