★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio y atención, le pongo 3 estrellas porque es prácticamente imposible tener atención telefónica, nunca contestan y si vives un poco retirado del lugar, tienes que considerar los tiempos para acudir al lugar personalmente. En lo personal, creo es de gran importancia la atención telefónica para quienes trabajamos y no nos es tan fácil acudir al lugar para darle seguimiento.
 Good service and attention, I give it 3 stars because it is practically impossible to have telephone attention, they never answer and if you live a little removed from the place, you have to consider the times to go to the place personally. Personally, I believe that telephone service is of great importance for those of us who work and it is not so easy for us to go to the place to follow up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor lugar para llevar sus autos a reparar. Si van por parte de su seguro aún peor la experiencia. No lo recomiendo para nada. Se tardaron muchísimo para una reparación menor, tenía que llamarles hasta 5 o 6 veces para darle seguimiento a mi reparación. A veces ya no me contestaban el teléfono, el encargado súper despota y además grosero y le decían a mi aseguradora que no estaba el auto listo porque yo aún no quería pasar mi unidad, cosa que era mentira (porque casualmente se atravesaban vacaciones). Lo único que repararon de mi auto, en el primer viaje dejó de funcionar y no se querían hacer responsables. En serio, no lo hagan! No se cómo siguen trabajando para empresas de seguros. Pésimos!
The worst place to take your cars to repair. If they go through their insurance, the experience will be even worse. I do not recommend it at all. It took forever for a minor repair, I had to call them up to 5 or 6 times to follow up on my repair. Sometimes they no longer answered the phone, the super manager was despotic and also rude and they told my insurer that the car was not ready because I still did not want to pass my unit, which was a lie (because coincidentally they were going on vacation). The only thing they repaired about my car, on the first trip it stopped working and they didn't want to be held responsible. Seriously, don't do it! I don't know how they continue to work for insurance companies. Terrible!

Yo me sorprendí un poco porque ya me había despedido y al regresarme al sanitario, vi salir mi vehículo del lugar, pero el dueño me dió una buena explicación. Las apariencias engañan.
Too many cars to repair, very good attention from the advisors and the owners. Even the mechanical staff is attentive. I was a bit surprised because I had already said goodbye and when I returned to the restroom, I saw my vehicle leave the place, but the owner gave me a good explanation. Looks are deceiving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando se trata de reparaciones por colisión y te envía una aseguradora, ya sabes, te reciben el auto y tardan en reparar bajo el argumento que debe autorizar la aseguradora y cuando eso sucede de todas maneras tardan. Reconocer que el personal es amable y paciente con los clientes.
When it comes to collision repairs and an insurer sends you, you know, they receive the car and take time to repair under the argument that the insurer must authorize and when that happens they take anyway. Recognize that staff are friendly and patient with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho desorden es la primera impresión al llegar al taller. Tienen mala organización, su atención al cliente es también mala, y tienen poco seguimiento durante la reparación. Ha pesar de que dejaron mi carro muy bien como nuevo. Encontré varios detalles estéticos, al estribo de la puerta frontal le hicieron reparación y olvidaron pintar la parte interna del mismo. El taller va a proceder a pintar esa parte pero es otro día mas perdido.
A lot of clutter is the first impression when arriving at the workshop. They are poorly organized, their customer service is also poor, and they have little follow-up during the repair. Despite the fact that they left my car very well as new. I found several aesthetic details, the front door sill was repaired and they forgot to paint the inside of it. The workshop is going to proceed to paint that part but it is another day lost.
