★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la tienda buen servicio par atender, solo les funciona una caseta para el reporte de fallas a sus servicios(ni ellos mismo son capaces de arreglar sus lineas telefonicas), en ventanilla excelente servicio para el cambio de modem, para atender dudas o aclaraciones respecto a contratos o problemas en la linea solo esta una persona que dice ser el gerente quien toma nota y pasa el reporte a el area que le corresponda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio al cliente siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Obviamente las tarifas de telefonía e Internet no son las mejores, pero no es culpa del personal. Atienden de buena manera y si existen dudas lo resuelven o canalizan con el personal adecuado. El servicio técnico puede aparentar que no se toma con seriedad los reportes de servicio, pero en lo personal han cumplido en tiempo y forma los inconvenientes que he presentado.
Good customer service always willing to help. Obviously, telephone and Internet rates are not the best, but it is not the fault of the staff. They attend in a good way and if there are doubts they solve it or channel it with the appropriate personnel. The technical service may appear that the service reports are not taken seriously, but personally they have complied in a timely manner with the inconveniences I have presented.
