J	Juan Pablo Miranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero agradecer y felicitar a todo el personal de Telmex que está haciendo frente a las fallas en el servicio de los usuarios, principalmente ésta sucursal de Torres Lindavista que desde la atención en la ventanilla de primer contacto hasta el Área de Seguimiento de Reportes de Falla donde la señorita que me atendió buscó por todos los medios para que resolvieran mi problema con tres líneas e internet que ya tenía un mes sin respuesta por parte del sistema automatizado, ni mensajes de texto, messenger, FB o el CAT porque solamente tenía respuestas automatizadas. IMPORTANTE MENCIONAR: les falta personal, hay fallas a nivel sistema y quienes se presentan a trabajar aún así buscan como atender a todas las personas que acudimos, dándonos la mejor atención y solución posible. Felicidades y hace falta más gente igual de comprometida como ellos. Sé que muchos llegamos ahí molestos por no encontrar respuestas (solo contestadoras automatizadas) y les pido a todos los usuarios que sean más empáticos con el personal que ahí nos atiende, realmente ellos no son los culpables y tratan de resolver nuestra problemática. IMPORTANT TO MENTION: they lack staff, there are failures at the system level and those who show up to work are still looking for how to serve all the people who come, giving us the best possible attention and solution. Congratulations and we need more people just as committed as they are. I know that many of us get there annoyed for not finding answers (only automated answering machines) and I ask all users to be more empathetic with the staff who attend us there, they are not really the culprits and they try to solve our problems. Me resolvieron mis dudas sobre mi servicio por desgracia en dónde se ubica mi domicilio aún no llega la fibra óptica y ellos me ayudaron a hacer mi solicitud para que cuando esté disponible el servicio lo instalen a la brevedad. Llegué muy molesta por las fallas en el servicio, con anterioridad llame a la atención telefónica pésimo servicio me dejaron en espera mucho tiempo y sin ninguna solución o explicación clara, sin embargo con la atención que se me brindo en la tienda entendí que ellos hacen lo que está en sus posibilidades y son muy claros al dar información.
