Entiendo que hay clientes que son difíciles, pero también les corresponde informar, entender lo que conlleva que una persona de edad avanzada sea el titular de la línea, pero no, en lugar de eso se comportan de la manera más déspota posible.
Entiendo que hay fallas, entiendo que tienen problemas, lo que no entiendo es porque no le brindan al consumidor una solución.
Si entregas el módem, si solo llamas, no importa que hagas, con ustedes ningún trámite tiene fin.
