★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio la persona que me atendió grosera , me estaba a mis palabras , incluso puse muchas quejas del mal servicio telefónico y solo se reflejo uno de mayo y otro de noviembre cuando ya definitivo me cansé de esperar respuesta ..me parece injusto el cobro que me hacen de tres mensualidades cuando yo solo debo una , y me dicen que también me cobran noviembre sin tener servicio ..ojalá y me resuelvan ,mi baja de servicio es OS 31462943. Gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14 dias sin internet, y aun asi dicen que tardan 20 em atender los reportes, se que la culpa no es de la gente que esta en oficina, pero ya basta servicio pésimo, con tanto capital y no pueden con la carga de trabao

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio el de infinitum... marko y marko al 01800 se levantan miles de reportes y no hacen nada tengo dos meses con el servicio ya me cambiaron de modem y nada k keda ha pero eso si la factura devolada llega yo contrate el mas basico de $249 mensuales con 100 llamadas es hora k no puedo markar a ningun lado y el interner siempre falla
