I bought a SIM card with a local Mexican phone number and internet, is valid for 2 month with unlimited phone calls locally, US and Canada, unlimited texts and 2 gig of internet all for 500 pesos less than 30 dollars and to top it all it's service was AT&T which charges an arm and a leg for their passport plans

just to make it clear this place does deserve at least four stars because the people are courteous respectful and helpful however the actual company that they do the billing for is the telecommunication Monopoly in Mexico which means it sucks. Now let's go back to the first point this is an outlet that they cannot solve any problems they can only give you information about how much you owe where to call if you don't agree or you have a dispute and take your payment nothing else. back to my second point this company needs to be broken up privatized so that there's a competition to benefit the consumer because acid stands it's either go with them and put up with their overcharging or go uncommunicated. They have very bad customer service they have no consistency and you have to wait a lot of time before they resolve something. I still have the service because their other choice. I hope they really improve.

Very secure, hygienic and controlled. Customer attention was excellent, prices very competitive for fiber optical service

Okay, I never thought that I would be giving Telmex four stars for customer service. There was approximately a 15-minute wait. The agent at the desk when I arrived was extremely friendly and was able to help me in less than 5 minutes to resolve my problem.
