★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar céntrico, no cuenta con estacionamiento, en los años que tuve contratado sus servicios, no tuve algún problema. Puedes tardar en pagar tu servicio en caja, en los días límite, pero de ahí en fuera está libre. Buen servicio por parte del personal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ en atencion a clientes muy amable y se ve que estan comprometidos con brindarte el servicio pero cuando pasan los servicios a otras areas operstivas es lo peor porque no resoetan los tuempos de instalaciónes de los servicios contratados, ejem, llevo 15 dias en espera de que me instalen y voy a atencion a clientes y he visto que que el mismo Ejecutivo habla para agilizar tu solicitud y te indica que al dia siguiente lo haran no es asi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio adentro es bueno para contratar pero llevo semana y media y no me han conectado el servicio cambian y cambian el día para instalarlo lo contrate porque se toman clases en línea y la verdad es pésima la atención telefónica o cualquier forma de reportar hacen eso porque no hay competencia pero si la tuvieran al 2do día fueran a instalar el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que barbaridad, ya no se que más hacer para que me atiendan, pésimo servicio para instalar ya voy para dos semanas que fui a contratar, llevo más de 4 veces volviendo a ir a las oficina de Telmex en Tuxpan,Ver y no me solucionan nada solo me dijeron que no tienen mucho personal, reagendo las citas para que vengan y nunca vienen, marque infinidad de veces al numero 800 siempre contesta la operadora aunque sea horario de trabajó, solo 1 vez me contestaron y no me solucionaron nada que porque es esa línea no era, voy a preguntar a las oficinas que paso con mi instalación y me dicen que el numero 800 no cuenta porque es en general, si ya no regendas la cita de plano te olvidan y nunca vienen, vas a solicitar un servicio porque lo necesitas, además que se paga no te lo dan gratis como para que no vengan a instalarlo, no te atienden porque no tienen competencia, si no rápido instalarían.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 05/03/21 No puede ser que dos personas que vengan juntas pero a diferente trámite no puedan accesar al lugar, perdí una hora de mi tiempo solo por qué el policía que está en la entrada no me dejó accesar al lugar siendo que venía a un trámite muy distinto que el de mi acompañante, aparte policía súper grosero, demasiado valiente para la estatura que tiene.
03/05/21 It cannot be that two people who come together but at different procedures cannot access the place, I wasted an hour of my time just because the policeman who is at the entrance did not let me access the place when I was coming to a very different procedure than that of my companion, apart from a super rude policeman, too brave for his height.
