★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me llevo un mal presente de esta Institución y más del Gerente de la sucursal de Telmex de la Cd de Oaxaca, debo decir que Yo como persona, ya no hago uso del cubre bocas, cosa que es a mi persona ya no indispensable, pues ya la pandemia que nos causo mucho daño, ya no es un peligro de máxima alarma.
Bueno, el asunto es que la cajera no me quiso atender ni escuchar el motivo por el cuál tuve que asistir a las oficinas, y me mando con el gerente de esa sucursal, el cuál tuvo la mala cortesia de no atenderme y me indicaba con sus manos me saliera del edificio ( ubicado en la calle de Garcia Vigil ) dandome la espalda delante de su personal, guardia y personas que ahi habían, por su gerarquia de gerente y supongo el nivel de estudios que tiene, sumando la preparación y capacitación que ahi la institución le imparte, nunca, nunca tuvo la gentileza de preguntarme cuál era el problema que Yo queria aclarar con ellos, en todo momento me dio la espalda y se fue a parar hasta la orilla de la puerta de entrada al edificio, esas actitudes creo no son adecuadas para una persona que ocupa un cargo de esos, Yo como muchos más que pagamos una mensualidad a tiempo, sin recargos, atrasos y cosas asi, no merecemos ese trato.

I eat many more who pay a monthly payment on time, without surcharges, delays and things like that, we do not deserve that treatment.
