Pésimo servicio.
Not a hint of punctuality, more than two hours late for a "scheduled" appointment.

Good service, sometimes the cashier fails and they already attend the branch with the necessary cleaning and sanitizing protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en cuanto a señal como es posible que “tengan múltiples contratos” pero el único contrato que “funciona” es el paquete de 10 megas ah ojo no son 10 megas si no que te aclaran qué te pueden llegar de 1-10 megas pagando $399 pesos al mes es decir que aunque te lleguen 1.5 megas tienes que pagar esos $399 pesos al mes. Espero y venga otro proveedor de internet y les baje las ventas o se pongan al tiro
Terrible service in terms of signal as it is possible that "they have multiple contracts" but the only contract that "works" is the package of 10 megabytes. $ 399 pesos per month means that even if you get 1.5 megabytes, you have to pay those $ 399 pesos per month. I wait and another internet provider comes and lowers their sales or they get to the shot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de internet, no se preocupan debido a que tienen el monopolio. El único paquete que hay es de 389 por 10 mbps( y ojalá fueran estables) mientras que en otras partes, por el mismo precio tienen el doble. ¿Acaso el dinero de aquí vale menos?
Terrible internet service, they don't care because they have a monopoly. The only package that there is is 389 for 10 mbps (and I wish they were stable) while elsewhere, for the same price they are double. Is the money here worth less?
