★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal las veces que he ido me han atendido muy bien, rapido y amablemente; lo malo es que para la cantidad de clientes que atienden en la ciudad el espacio es sumamente pequeño, creo que aproximadamente es un local de unos 5X15 mts me ha tocado ver clientes afuera en la acera esperando a que salgan otros clientes para poder entrar ya que no es posible que entren todos. Aparte la isla de exhibicion de mercancia lucen vacias lo que le da un aspecto de abandono al local. Creo es necesario un local mas amplio para poder atender comodamente a los usuarios y no dar el especto claustrofobico que da por loo pequeño.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden de mala gana. Nunca esta el gerente, cuando haces cambió de módem te entregan uno viejo, cómo si el dinero que se paga mensualmente fuera por obligación y no por prestar el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente no hace honor a su nombre de la empresa que es. Cero atencion si tu pides ayuda o solucion ni te toman en cuenta, solo te atienden si ven que estas interesada en comprar algun articulo, lo mejor es q tienen maquina para pagar servicios.
