★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo problemas con mi servicio telefónico. Desde la semana pasada lo reporte y dijeron en 3 días se arregla. Hoy llamo y me indican que en 48 horas. Su atención al cliente es pésimo. Son groseros y parece que no les importa.
I'm having problems with my phone service. Since last week I reported it and they said in 3 days it will be fixed. Today I call and they tell me that in 48 hours. Their customer service is lousy. They are rude and don't seem to care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevamos casi 1 semana que el internet va y viene ,se hizo un reporte ,el cual ya esperamos el tiempo específico y sigue igual,se cambió el módem ,ya que teníamos uno antiguo y ni así ,ya hace tiempo atrás que sufrimos por ésto que específico.Somos clientes desde hace años ,estamos pagando por un servicio del mes ,el cual el tiempo que no tenemos internet se sigue cobrando ,no se va hacer un descuento o se va regalar,dicho esto necesitamos una respuesta ,como repito el tiempo corre y nosotros tendremos que pagar el tiempo sin nuestro servicio pagado .
