El personal enfadado por sua condiciones laborales ya les vale mouser lo que el cliente quiera o necesite, trabajan bajo la ley de "a ver quién me la paga".
Gracias Telmex, gracias al trato de tu personal dimos de baja la línea, el dish y el internet. Prefiero ir a otra empresa a ser tratada con dignidad que mantener mi número para poner comentario en twitter y que tu soluciones tus problemas laborales.
Customer service sucks.
The staff angry about their working conditions are no longer worth what the client wants or needs, they work under the law of "let's see who pays me."
Thank you Telmex, thanks to the treatment of your staff we canceled the line, the dish and the internet. I prefer to go to another company to be treated with dignity than to keep my number to comment on twitter and for you to solve your work problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desde la guardia de la entrada q no tiene nada de tacto hasta quien te atiende en la mesa de contratación. Nada pero nada recomendable. Groseros, no te prestan atención, no te asesoran, todo te dicen q por Internet en la página. Busquen otra opción.

El servicio pésimo, por qué fuí a una aclaración de mi facturación y me indicaron que ahí solo es para contrataciones, compra y pagos. Solo cuentan con un teléfono para que tú llames al servicio de facturación. La persona que nos recibió en la entrada, nos brindó un pésimo servicio por qué básicamente nos culpo por no saber cómo se manejan, cuando es nuestro primer recibo, y que así se maneja y pues hay que pagar.
The facilities are very good and they have their own parking lot. The lousy service, why did I go to a clarification of my billing and they told me that it is only for hiring, purchasing and payments. They only have one phone for you to call the billing service. The person who received us at the entrance, gave us a lousy service because basically I blame us for not knowing how they are handled, when it is our first receipt, and that is how it is handled and then you have to pay.
