★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por fuera el lugar si da mucho que desear, pues la calle está toda llena de baches, aunque si hay suficiente espacio para estacionarte, la fachada está muy deteriorada, le hace falta mucho más presentación, esperaba más, siendo que está cerca de una zona de altos recursos como lo es Lago de Guadalupe. Se encuentra al lado del Mercado 3 de Mayo, y dentro de las ventajas que le encontré es que aunque sólo tiene dos cajeros para pagar los recibos, están muy bien adaptados, me refiero que son muy entendibles para agilizar tu pago, pero hace falta una persona para asesorarte, cosa que tuve que hacer yo el tiempo que estuve ahí, y una vez adentro, la persona que me atendió la vdd es que no puedo decir otra cosa más que está muy bien preparada, y lo digo porque aunque le pregunté información técnica, como si manejaban los módem de doble banda (2.4 y 5 GHZ), o porqué un módem de un paquete de 20 megas por segundo no alcanza a suministrar suficiente internet a muchos aparatos como un módem con un plan de 150 megas por segundo, y supo responder todo a la perfección, MIS FELICITACIONES por tener un personal tan capacitado.

La señorita que me atendió fue muy amable y cuando me pidió la identificación de la titular y le dije q mi mamá falleció, me sorprendió q me dijera q lo sentía mucho y fue sincera. Me atendió muy bien y todas mis dudas me las resolvió.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto telmex aquí no hay estacionamiento una persona para atención a clientes y una persona para Caja de cobro y encima te hacen venir a hacer llamadas para las aclaraciones de los teléfonos que tienen en estas instalaciones, para que venimos entonces si al final nos hacen venir a llamar para eso llamo desde mi casa
