★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, muy seguido nos falla el internet y no quieren levantar mis reportes debido a que me informan que hay falla en toda mi zona y no es necesario reportar, pero a su vez no me dan solución alguna de reparación. Ah pero eso sí, buenos que son para cobrar y de cada mes solo tengo internet una semana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con toda seguridad expreso que es el peor servicio de Internet que haya contratado en todo jalisco, ni teniendo "fibra óptica" (que es una estafa almenos en ameca pronto estaré camcelandola) que se supone asegura la velocidad de Internet no funciona como debería en esta localidad.
Me atrevo a decir que peor que basura.

El área de ventas ha levantado/escalado este folio si solución al día de hoy.
