★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuí el día 11 a pagar. ¡Estaba cerrado! Ni un letrero o guardia que hiciera favor de decir la razón... Por suerte sí funcionaba la caja automática pero seguro que no es siempre para hacer pagos por lo que uno acude a una sucursal.
 I went on the 11th to pay. It was closed! Not a sign or guard that would please say the reason ... Luckily the automatic cashier did work but surely it is not always to make payments so you go to a branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé en qué momento o con que facilidad cambian el horario de atención, pasadas las 9.30 horas, nadie te informa nada, respeto señores , trabajamos y no podemos tardar nos 2 horas en pagar un servicio por los problemas que tienen con su empresa, ojo una buena área de oportunidad, y si no por lo menos pongan un letrero
I don't know at what time or how easily they change the service hours, after 9:30 a.m., nobody tells you anything, I respect gentlemen, we work and we can't take 2 hours to pay for a service because of the problems you have with your company, watch out a good area of opportunity, and if not at least put up a sign

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente es la tercer ocasión que tengo que acudir a esta sucursal a solicitar apoyo derivado a qué no ha asistido el técnico a instalar el servicio solicitado desde el 3-12-21.
La atención en el lugar sin problemas, muy buena atención.
Unfortunately it is the third time that I have to go to this branch to request derived support to which the technician has not attended to install the requested service since 3-12-21.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, Telmex es nefasto en cuanto a servicio y atención a clientes. No dan soluciones. Los empleados están sindicalizados y piensan que están en gobierno. Slim: pon tu gente a trabajar con eficiencia y calidad.
Terrible service, Telmex is disastrous in terms of service and customer service. They don't give solutions. The employees are unionized and think they are in government. Slim: put your people to work with efficiency and quality.
