Llegamos dos horas antes de del horario que tienen estipulado y debido a que tenían muchas quejas, no nos atendieron, porque no "alcanzarían a atendernos". La atención al cliente muy mala y la calidad del Internet terrible. Terrible service. Nuevamente acudo el día de hoy porque no queda y me dicen que no hay reporte abierto, parece que están jugando, no saben que pasa con mi línea y no hay quien resuelva, tendré que seguir acudiendo o de plano cancelar la línea porque no me sirve así, quedaron hoy de darme una solución. Es engorroso estar acudiendo o llamando a sus números y que no resuelvan. La empleada de la entrada moviendo el aire paseando. Te atiende un asesor casi casi vas a molestar. Es la razón por la cual cancelare este servicio. Horrendo servicio.
