I set-up internet service online, but was unable to get an installation date. The customer service department l called had the same problem and suggested l go in. The staff is highly trained, very efficient and allowed me to bring my dog into the store while l waited. Half hour later l was on my way back home.
l	liane roberts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I may have a nervous breakdown. No internet for 7 days in Puerto Vallarta. I work online and am paying for a hotel to work. The only answer I get is "They are working on it. Managers said twice someone would come to my house, no one comes. I want to cry!!!

I went there on a Friday afternoon close to 4pm, I told them I needed internet to work from my new house. Even though their SLA is 5 days a technician came the next day (a Saturday) to do the install. It's been working fine.

When he finally came, they looked at the ports and said they will come back tomorrow and finish the installation. It’s been 3 days and still nothing and they don’t respond to messages. I tried messaging the Twitter account and I get nothing. Run away! I’m going to try TelCel or someone else.
