★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuí a él área de quejas por qué el servicio de Telmex está muy mal, y la persona que está en la entrada, no resuelve nada , después de insisistir muchoa me pasaron a la mesa de atención y ahí sí una señorita me ayudó a reiniciar mí queja y de nuevo a esperar que tenga buen servicio después de 45 días de mal servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar cierran antes de las 2 pm, se recomienda asistir media hora antes. Hay atención a clientes y pago en ventanillas. Hay personal que verifica de acuerdo al protocolo de sanidad. Personal de caja (varón) tiene poca tolerancia y tacto con las dudas de los clientes.
El lugar está a 10 minutos en auto partiendo del centro de Chalco. Como referencia encontrarás la Universidad Azteca.
The place closes before 2 pm, it is recommended to attend half an hour before. There is customer service and payment at the windows. There are personnel who verify according to the health protocol. Cashier staff (male) have little tolerance and tact with customer questions.
The place is 10 minutes by car from the center of Chalco. As a reference you will find the Azteca University.
