Lo que más llama la atención es el cajero automático que siempre presenta problemas, por lo cual siempre está fuera de servio y llamar a atención a clientes de Telmex siempre es una mala idea ya que nunca tienes un protocolo o se pueda realizar una queja, por lo que les recomiendo utilizarlos como terapeutas y habrá uno que otro que le mencioné que si sus fallas no se debe a su falta de pago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un excelente servicio en cuanto las cosas estan bien pero tienen un !!!!PESIMO !!!! servicio en cuanto hay un error o algo que checar tardar hasta mas de dos semanas sin mandar tecnicos no te atienden en llamadas y solo te dan largas .

And now still fighting with telmex to cancel my contract, when the installation has never been made.
