★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que he tenido necesidad de asistir a las oficinas regularmente para efectuar el pago de mi línea telefónica y en esta última semana fui a pagar y ha preguntar el porque no tenía línea y ni internet y hoy en la mañana vino el técnico y ya me dejó con servicio y hubo necesidad de cambiar el módem afortunadamente el traía uno y se llevó el viejo y dejó el nuevo gracias por la atención y el servicio ya me tenía inquieto porque tengo mis hijas estudiando la profesional y sin servicio ya me iba a cambiar a otra parte sin embargo gracias desde el reporte que hizo la Sarita. Qué me cobró me dijo amas tardar el lunes queda y hoy es sábado y está resuelto el número gracias por la atención telmex
