★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, te comunicas años numero que te dan por dudas sobre tu servicio y te atienden de mala gana y te dejan igual sin una respuesta concisa y inmediata, seria muy bueno capacitar al personal para que en este tipo de casos puedan resolver tu duda y no canalizar tu queja con alguin solo por que no tienen ni la mas mínima idea del como hacerlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ miren el servicio, de ineternet, es bueno perooooo si por mala suerte o por el norte s ete rompe tu cablemde fibra optica, en mi caso lo repararon la primera vez alos 4 dias d ereporte y en l aniche y ano tenia asi secesivamente 4 ocasiomesas pase mas de 15 dias sin internet y me cobraron el mes conmpleto por eso les pongo 1 esteellla estoy viendo en cambiarme de telefonia por un asatelita
