★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, desde la confección de la factura hasta pésima organización de la fila del personal de la oficina. Deben dar una capacitación o contratar personal más profesional y capaz de dar un buen servicio. La persona q hoy dia 19 de mayo a las 12 m por no organizar bienla fila me ha maltratado haciendome hacer nuevamente la fila después de estar 2 horas en otra q segun ella era de pago. Siento muchas ganas de cancelar mi servicio, me siento maltratada.
Very poor service, from the preparation of the invoice to the terrible organization of the line of office staff. They must give training or hire more professional personnel capable of giving a good service. The person who today, May 19 at 12 o'clock for not organizing the line well, has mistreated me, making me stand in line again after spending 2 hours in another line that, according to her, was paid. I really want to cancel my service, I feel mistreated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una semana sin servicio y ni sus luces. Primero te dicen que esperes 3 DIAS!!!!! Después te dan largas, te hacen perder días enteros esperando al bendito técnico el cual no llega. Ojalá que me descontarán del recibo el servicio que no me brindan. Si trabajas en casa o tienes cosas importantes que dependan del servicio de este empresario inepto mejor piénsalo dos veces.
A week without service and not even your lights. First they tell you to wait 3 DAYS !!!!! Then they give you long, they make you waste days waiting for the blessed technician who does not arrive. Hopefully they will deduct from my receipt the service that they do not provide. If you work at home or have important things that depend on the service of this inept businessman better think twice.
