★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es poco cordial. No fueron capaces de resolver mi asunto y ademas han sido groceros. No es una sucursal con la cual quisiera hacer ningun trato o negocio. Prefiero invertir mis recursos en una empresa que le de al cliente la importancia que se merece. Le sugiero a la persona responsable de la sucursal que capacite mejor a su personal para que futuros clientes no resivan la misma mala atencion que mi familia ha recivido. Gracias!
The staff is unfriendly. They were not able to resolve my issue and they have also been rude. It is not a branch with which I would like to do any deal or business. I prefer to invest my resources in a company that gives the customer the importance it deserves. I suggest to the person in charge of the branch that they train their staff better so that future clients do not receive the same bad attention that my family has received. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ :( Muy mala experiencia. El servicio de la señorita en la sucursal fue inutil las tres veces que acudimos pidindo su ayuda para un nuevo servicio de internet. Ademas, se comporto con poca educacion y mucha falta de profecionalismo. NO LO RECOMIENDO!!!. Por otra parte La empresa IZZI tiene un exelente servicio al cliente y se puede notar que el personal esta debidamente capasitado. :)
:( Very bad experience. The service of the lady at the branch was useless the three times we went asking for her help for a new internet service. In addition, she behaved with little education and a lot of lack of professionalism. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! On the other hand, the IZZI company has excellent customer service and you can see that the staff is properly trained. :)
