★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad y por lo general es el caso el personal de ahi trata mal a los clientes. No todo el personal es asi; pero suele ser el caso. Esto se debe al gerente de sucursal en este caso particular de apellido Silvadoray.
No es posible hacer las cosas con ellos sin fricciones a menos que asientas a TODO lo que ellos dicen y como ellos dicen; y por desgracia mucha gente lo hace y ni hablar yo no y por eso tengo este tipo de problemas, pero esa ha sido mi experiencia con esta empresa.
 The truth and usually is the case the staff there treats clients badly. Not all the staff is like that; but it is usually the case. This is due to the branch manager in this particular case of last name Silvadoray.
It is not possible to do things with them without friction unless you agree to EVERYTHING they say and as they say; and unfortunately a lot of people do it and I do not even talk about it and that's why I have this kind of problems, but that has been my experience with this company.

MUUUUYYYY MAL SERVICIO, Y los que estén en Telmex nunca contraten sus seguros son pura estafa.
Very bad service, I also had insurance, the owner died and they did not pay me for it, they gave me pure excuses and that my line was 32 years old.
VERY BAD SERVICE, and those who are in Telmex never hire their insurance, they are pure scam.
