★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el servicio al cliente presencial fué amable el joven, en servicio al cliente telefónico muy mal ya que te pasan a escuchar todo y no te resuelven nada y finalmente cuando esperas que te contesten te cuelgan.

Good attention, Covid protocol. I went to have my rfc added so it can come out on my bill. Quick service, friendly attention. There was not much of an influx of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como todo lo que tiene que ver con esta empresa, desde el servicio de internet hasta el servicio personal, 10’personas en espera y solo una persona atendiendo, una empresa de comunicaciones que no es capaz ni de poner el horario correcto en google, CIERRA A LAS 5PM no a las 3pm!!!
Like everything that has to do with this company, from internet service to personal service, 10 'people waiting and only one person attending, a communications company that is not even able to put the correct time in google, CLOSE AT 5PM not at 3PM !!!
