★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Francamente siempre he tenido ligeros problemas con el servicio pero nada aquejante hasta que, bueno. Simplemente quería contratar Netflix y para convencerme me dijeron que harían una migración a fibra óptica, obvio me emocionaron y bueno paso una semana, llame para ver cómo iba el reporte de migración y me estuvieron pasando y pasando explicando cómo con tres asesores hasta que uno tuvo el valor de decirme que no podían poner fibra óptica, osea solo cuando contratas el paquete si lo ofrecen pero sin fijarse si está uno apto para tal cambio, total les dije que no me parecía gracioso esperando mínimo una disculpa y me colgaron. Vaya experiencias.
