★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio de soporte técnico 17 días sin internet, no acuden a solucionar el problema, pero si públicas en face que pagas a alguien que arregle el internet, ellos te atienden rapido, ganan un dinero extra dentro de su horario de trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio solo contratan a gente mediocre e incapaz de realizar eficientemente un trabajo tan sencillo como instalar un módem al que no me puedan robar la contraseña por que ahora todos en acoros tienen mi contraseña y se me hace injusto que no puedan solucionarlo también se me hace una falta de respetacion que yo allá dejado de comprar me mi six diario por contal de poder chekar el feis desde mi kasa y no pueda por que se pone lento por que lo roban los de acoros prefiero cable dijital
Lousy service only they hire mediocre people and unable to efficiently perform a job as simple as installing a modem that can not steal my password because now everyone in agreements have my password and I find it unfair that they can not solve it also makes me a lack of respect that I stopped buying me my six daily because of being able to chekar the feis from my kasa and I can't because it gets slow because they steal the ones from chords I prefer dijital cable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, pésima la atención al cliente.!!!! tengo un problema con el Internet y voz, ya tengo 34 días en espera a que me den una solución y no atienden mi queja.
Ya intente de todo para que me den solución, ya llame a atención a clientes Telmex, usando la aplicación de Telmex, usando los diferentes tipos de chat como el del WhatsApp de Telmex y nada funciona.
Ya fui alas oficinas de Telmex de mi ciudad, solo levantan más reportes y dicen que ahora le corresponde al técnico dar solución a mi queja o reporte, pero no sé comunican conmigo y tampoco veo que le den importancia a mi problema con el servicio de Internet y voz.
