★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super lentos para atender, parece que entre más gente hay, menos ganas tienen de atender. En muchas ocasiones sólo hay un empleado , el cual está en "Atención especializada" y en cajas... empresas como TELMEX creo olvidan eso de una buena atención a loa clientes.
Super slow to attend, it seems that the more people there are, the less they want to attend. On many occasions there is only one employee, who is in "Specialized service" and in boxes ... companies like TELMEX I think they forget that of good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lejos de valorar el sitio valoro el servicio, pésimo, solo te buscan solución a los problemas cuando estás harto y quieres cancelar el contrato, te pueden dejar sin internet durante días y solo te dan largas.
Far from evaluating the site I value the service, terrible, they only look for a solution to the problems when you are fed up and want to cancel the contract, they can leave you without internet for days and they only give you long.
