★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambió mucho el servicio de atención al cliente (para bien). Lástima que no puedo decir lo mismo de la calidad en los servicios de internet... Tuve que cancelar el servicio: que "en 7 días me atendían el fallo en mi servicio en el internet..." pasaron 15 y nunca vinieron; decian que el paquete era de "hasta 20 megas..." abrón! A duras penas logran dar 3 megas... Alardean que tienen fibra óptica para dar mejor servicio, siiii... se ve bien bonita la fibra óptica por la calle, lastima que la casa llegué sólo con cable telefónico vía conexión ADSL y no directo x fibra... Le sigo???!
Customer service changed a lot (for the better). Too bad I can't say the same about the quality of internet services ... I had to cancel the service: that "in 7 days they attended to the failure in my internet service ..." 15 passed and they never came; They said that the package was "up to 20 megabytes ..." Apron! They barely manage to give 3 megabytes ... They boast that they have fiber optics to provide better service, yeah ... the fiber optics on the street looks very nice, it hurts that the house I arrived only with telephone cable via ADSL connection and not direct x fiber ... I follow him ???!
