★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo desde Diciembre que me instalaron un servicio distinto al que contrate, lo cancele de inmediato al día siguiente y me comentaron que no se realizaría cobro ni por el servicio ni la instalación, van 4 o 5 veces que voy a hacer esa aclaración y hasta la fecha no se ha resuelto y aparentemente el cobro ya me está afectando mi historial crediticio.

O bien me piden datos de contacto para que un técnico se comunique, pero nadie se comunica.
Otra veces me agendaron visita a mi domiciliomparavrevisar el módem y nunca llegaron. Yo estoy hablando diariamente. A veces ya ni me contestan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros muy bien y el estacionamiento es cómodo siempre encuentro lugar pero el servicio a clientes es poco lento pero es bueno y eficaz al igual que el internet, tengo bastantes años con Telmex y nunca me a fallado como con otras compañías.
