★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, tengo mas de 15 días con problemas en mi línea telefónica y nada mas no me dan solución, e levantado varios reportes y solo dicen DICULPE LAS MOLESTIAS, a pero para cobrar si son buenos, lastima de compañía.
Very bad service, I have more than 15 days with problems in my telephone line and nothing else gives me a solution, and I have raised several reports and they only say DISCLAIMER THE INCONVENIENCES, but to collect if they are good, it hurts the company.

Y ahora ya me cortaron el servicio por falta de pago; y eso que les pagué 400 para que no dijeran que no les iba a pagar. Pero es todo lo que les voy a pagar. Sino hacen um ajuste, bye bye. Ya son otros 15 días. Hagan sus cuentas. Más de un mes sin servicio. Y la línea de servicio es un bot que no te comunica con una persona que te resuelva. Los ODIO con odio Tapatío.
They left me without service for 20 days and they want me to pay them for the full month. Of course not. And now my service has been cut off for lack of payment; and that I paid them 400 so they wouldn't say I wasn't going to pay them. But that's all I'm going to pay them. If they don't make an adjustment, bye bye. It's another 15 days. Do your accounts. More than a month without service. And the service line is a bot that does not connect you with a person who solves you. I HATE them with hatred Tapatío.
