"reporte generado... Bit, bit.. En breve un técnico va a reparar la falla... Bit, bit...", eso fue el sábado 14 (repito la falla inicio desde el viernes 13). Hoy martes 17, vuelvo a hablar y me dicen que el tiempo de atención puede ser de 4 hasta 6 días... Empresas de telefonía/Internet/cable, urge expandan sus servicios, el monopolio de telmex le ha hecho daño al dueño... Me da risa, una grabación dice... "telmex no va a aumentar el costos de sus servicios"... Jajaja, debería decir... "telmex, intentará darle el servicio, pero eso si, somos buenos y estricto para cobrar". Y además anuncian orgullosamente que están aumentando el ancho de banda... Jaja jajaja, que buenos chistes. Empresas de entretenimiento digital (Netflix, Disney +, amazone prime, hbo max y otras más), ustedes creen que voy a contratar sus servicios con tan pésimo proveedor de Internet, esperen les digo mi respuesta.... Jaja jajaja. Me pregunto, la profeco, telecomunicaciones o alguna autoridad hace algo en estos casos, o es un perfecto ejemplo, de que la corrupción está en cualquier partido político... Espero sus comentarios... Saludos!. Actualización: ya quedo solucionado el problema del Internet. El área de facturación va a hacer un ajuste a mi factura. Todas las personas que tengan problemas con el servicio, además de la reparación, soliciten bonificacion de la factura. Saludos.
