★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado con Telmex e Infinitum. Honestamente llevo casi un año con su servicio y el Internet falla frecuentemente. Cuando no falla va lento y muchas veces es intermitente el servicio (va y viene). La semana pasada nos quedamos 1 semana sin servicio y al reportarlo dicen que en 24 a 48 horas enviaran a un técnico que llegó al 5 día, a las 6 pm para retirarse a la media hora diciendo que volvía al siguiente día. Y hoy por hoy estoy intentando cancelar el servicio y es practicamente imposible ya que en la linea de atención nadie sabe, y nadie supo nada, solamente te trandieren a otro menú y nada se resuelve. Mal servicio y pésimo servicio a clientes. Mejor mantenerse alejado.
Beware of Telmex and Infinitum. Honestly, I have been using your service for almost a year and the internet fails frequently. When it does not fail, it is slow and the service is often intermittent (it comes and goes). Last week we were without service for 1 week and when reporting it they say that in 24 to 48 hours they will send a technician who arrived on the 5th day, at 6 pm to leave at half an hour saying that he would return the next day. And today I am trying to cancel the service and it is practically impossible since nobody knows on the service line, and nobody knew anything, they will only bring you to another menu and nothing is resolved. Bad service and lousy customer service. Better stay away.
