★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, no contraten con telmex, de haber sabido que eran así y que no te brindan solución para nada, no contrataba. soy nuevo cliente y de 10 días que tiene mi contrato solo he tenido 1 día internet. me dan largas y largas, además de que mienten dicen que levantan reporte de urgencia y te dan un numero y resuelta que ese numero no existe cuando hablas con otro asesor o supervisor, solo mienten y te juran que van al día siguiente para que no les canceles y así te traen el tiempo que se les de la gana.
 Terrible customer service, do not contract with telmex, if I had known that they were like that and that they do not provide you with a solution at all, I would not contract. I am a new client and after 10 days that I have my contract I have only had 1 day internet. They give me long and long, in addition to lying they say that they raise an emergency report and they give you a number and it is resolved that that number does not exist when you speak with another advisor or supervisor, they only lie and swear that they will go the next day so that they do not cancel and so they bring you the time they want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que me atendió no sabía que hacer y fue con un compañero a preguntarle todo y escribirlo en una libreta, luego las preguntas que le hice no me las respondió y parecía peor que una grabación solo repitiendo lo mismo. Lástima de telmex yo tenía 20 años con el Internet y estos 2 últimos años puras fallas de 7 días solo tenía 3 días de Internet, pero para cobrar bien puntuales. Hoy lo fui a cancelar y les valió perder un cliente mas, ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vine para actualizar los datos para CFDI 4.0 y como el recibo es comercial me pasaron con la ejecutiva que tardo muchísimo en la atención, me argumento que estaba realizando una contratación y le llevo más de 30 minutos. Todo ese tiempo esperando viendo un lugar vacío y sin nadie más que me pudiera atender. Lamentablemente el servicio de Telmex ha decaído mucho y por eso hay tantas cancelaciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en líneas comerciales, estuve esperando por más de 35 minutos a la ejecutiva asignada pero no llego, mejor otra ejecutiva Cecilia Moreno de atención a clientes me llamo y me dijo que ya había esperado mucho y que ella me ayudaría. Su servicio fue muy amable, completo y atento. En todo momento me ayudó en la actualización de los datos de 6 empresas diferentes con sus respectivas sucursales. Lastima por el área de líneas comerciales. La foto es de la ejecutiva que llegó más de media hora después.
