★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. Llevo 3 mese sin linea y no me ayudan. Pero ya me quieren cobrar los 3 meses. Lecantan servicios para evitar que cancele la línea. Hay que buscar otras opciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una asquerosidad de servicio fui para q me ayudarán xq no tengo ni línea ni Internet y me mandaron a que lo soluciónara x telefono y en el teléfono no te atienden nadamas te están transfiriendo y al último te mandan al asistente virtual y es la mera MMDA no sirve para nada con toda la esténcion de la palabra no sirve el asistente virtual mejor ay q buscar otras opciones por q no ayuda para tus problemas pero si para querer cobrarte x servicios q no estoy utilizandoooo.......servicio pésimo nadamas xq no hay -estrellas para darles menos estrellas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Haces aclaraciones y te siguen haciendo cargos indebidos. Pides te manden a los técnicos y, no pueden obligarlos a que te hagan un servicio (cuatro veces los mandé llamar, nunca fueron). Pides que te den de baja, y te dan largas. Moraleja: para cualquier situación con Telmex ir directamente a la PROFECO.
Terrible service. You make clarifications and they keep making improper charges. You ask they send the technicians and they cannot force them to do a service for you (I sent for them four times, they never came). You ask to be discharged, and they leave you long. Moral: for any situation with Telmex, go directly to PROFECO.
