★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hace unas semanas junio 2020 a entregar mi modem de Telmex,les recomiendo realizar su trámite vía telefónica,ya que yo di de baja mi servicio ,me dieron mi número de folio y mi total a pagar ,ya sólo restaba entregar el módem ,fui a la sucursal y todo muy rápido ,en tiempos de Coronavirus ,esperas afuera con tu sana distancia ,te toman temperatura para darte acceso ,y la gente va pasando poco a poco,entregué mi modem ,y ahí mismo tienen cajeros dónde puedes realizar tu pago en efectivo, también aceptan cheques y tarjeta,fue bueno el servicio y muy rápido , sólo hay que hacer el trámite antes ,ya que de no hacerlo así ,tienes que llegar a formarte y ahí si la fila es larga .

Desde el señor que me recibió, las señoras de las ventanillas, el ejecutivo de mi cuenta, todos muy atentos. Les falta información acerca de sus propios paquetes, pero le hechan ganas para solucionar tus dudas. Me agradó, espero el servicio que me instalen funcione igual de bien.
