★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal servicio, no pude contratar porque según ellos tienes que cancelar primero el servicio actual sino no es posible hacer la portabilidad.
Lo peor es que eso es una cosa que ya hemos hecho múltiples veces cuando hemos contratado Axtel, Izzi o Totalplay.
 Super bad service, I could not contract because according to them you have to cancel the current service first, otherwise it is not possible to do the portability.
The worst thing is that this is something that we have already done multiple times when we have hired Axtel, Izzi or Totalplay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marque dos veces y las dos veces me preguntaron mi número de usuario y las dos veces me pusieron en espera sin saber nada me dejaron en el tel por más de 20 mins como si no les gustara trabajar son las 630pm les queda 130 para salir que mal servicio
I dialed twice and both times they asked me for my user number and both times they put me on hold without knowing anything they left me on the phone for more than 20 mins as if they didn't like to work it's 630pm they have 130 left to get out too bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, un mes sin servicio puras vueltas, los números de reportes cierran sin arreglar nada. Estuve un mes de servicio, me cobraron , el descuento no equivalente a los días que no tuve el servicio. Después de un mes de batalla me regresaron servicio por 2 semanas y otra vez no tengo. No me imagino esperar otro mes de desesperación y impotencia. Mejor cancelo aunque estuve varios anos pero su servicio deterioro mucho.
Horrible, a month without service, just laps, the report numbers close without fixing anything. I was a month of service, they charged me, the discount is not equivalent to the days that I did not have the service. After a month of battle they gave me back service for 2 weeks and again I don't have it. I can't imagine waiting for another month of despair and helplessness. I better cancel even though I was there for several years but their service deteriorated a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di de baja el teléfono. Por qué? Por que así son las cosas. Je je je se tiene que llevar el eliminador y el módem para que no hagas dos vueltas como yo. Muy amable el personal.
I got off the phone. Why? Because that's the way things are. Heh heh he has to take the eliminator and the modem so you don't do two laps like me. Very friendly staff.
