Y ahora más que nada se necesita el internet para las clases en líneas de los hijos y el trabajo en casa y siempre que llamas te contesta un Robot y te dice k de 48 a 72hrs pero siempre se tardan muchísimo más!!!, y vas a la sucursal y el personal te dice lo mismo que el robot!!!, oséa no les importa que los hijos pierdan clases y uno pierda su trabajo. Y para colmo se "disculpan" con otro robot!... Porfavor!!!! Den Soluciones Humanas e Inmediatas!!!!!! a mi no me sirve de nada una disculpa.
Peeeesimo service !!!! And now more than anything the internet is needed for the children's online classes and work at home and whenever you call, a Robot answers you and tells you k from 48 to 72 hours but they always take much longer !!!, and you go to the branch and the staff tells you the same thing as the robot !!!, they don't care if your children miss classes and you lose your job. And to top it off they "apologize" to another robot! ... Please !!!! Give Human and Immediate Solutions !!!!!! an apology is useless to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve casi un mes sin servicio de internet, el modem al parecer se quemó, dijeron que iría el técnico en 72 horas, luego 24, luego de inmediato, hasta que fuimos a cancelar el servicio y no se pudo porque no llevaba el cargador del módem, al día siguiente, casualmente el técnico estaba afuera de la casa, o sea, cuando ya no te interesa su servicio porque no van a realizar la reparación, es cuando acude el técnico. Ya hasta me descontaban lo que se debía si no cancelaba, por qué esperar hasta que el cliente está decepcionado del servicio?
I was almost a month without internet service, the modem apparently burned out, they said the technician would come in 72 hours, then 24, then immediately, until we went to cancel the service and it couldn't because it didn't have the modem charger. The next day, coincidentally, the technician was outside the house, that is, when you are no longer interested in their service because they are not going to carry out the repair, that is when the technician comes. They even deducted what was owed if I did not cancel, why wait until the customer is disappointed in the service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marzo 2022 ya cambiaron su horario de cierre, a las 14 hrs (2pm). Me tuve que regresar pues llegué a las 3:50 pm. A ver como me va al siguiente día.
