El servicio a clientes por teléfono es terrible, te dejan en espera y cuando te responden, te cuelgan. El servicio en las instalaciones es lento y deficiente y, si pueden, tratan de salir de cualquier situación con "tiene que hacerlo por teléfono" sabiendo que el servicio por teléfono es terrible. "Cancelé" en octubre y ahora me están cobrando "adeudos", así que sólo ruega a Dios que nunca tengas que prescindir de sus servicios porque entonces sí que tendrás problemas! Imposible hablar con un asesor y sólo tienen horarios hasta las 4, en tiendas no sábado ni domingo mucho menos día feriado y si vienes de fuera! Pues sigue pagando aunque ya no tengas el servicio Excellent service, but when you need to cancel they are impossible !!!
