★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. No solucionan nada. Solo fui a perder mi tiempo. Lo que más molesta es la actitud de sus empleados, se comporta de manera indiferente a los problemas de sus clientes. No lo recomiendo para nada. Si pueden evitar está empresa aconsejo que que lo hagan.
 Very bad service. They don't fix anything. I just went to waste my time. What bothers the most is the attitude of their employees, they behave indifferently to the problems of their customers. I don't recommend it at all. If you can avoid this company I advise you to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, no contraten con telmex, de haber sabido que eran así y que no te brindan solución para nada, no contrataba. soy nuevo cliente y de 10 días que tiene mi contrato solo he tenido 1 día internet. me dan largas y largas, además de que mienten dicen que levantan reporte de urgencia y te dan un numero y resuelta que ese numero no existe cuando hablas con otro asesor o supervisor, solo mienten y te juran que van al día siguiente para que no les canceles y así te traen el tiempo que se les de la gana.
Terrible customer service, do not contract with telmex, if I had known that they were like that and that they do not provide you with a solution at all, I would not contract. I am a new client and after 10 days that I have my contract I have only had 1 day internet. They give me long and long, in addition to lying they say that they raise an emergency report and they give you a number and it is resolved that that number does not exist when you speak with another advisor or supervisor, they only lie and swear that they will go the next day so that they do not cancel and so they bring you the time they want.

Espaciosa, cómoda, esta oficina tiene todas las medidas COVID-19 y esto siempre se agradece.
El personal.
Atentos y al menos a mí, en todas las ocasiones me han tratado bien.
Precios.
Todo calculado en planes pero si necesitas algún trabajo adicional tiene un costo que se puede cargar a tu recibo.
La ubicación.
En la esquina de 25 y Boulevard Atlixco. Tiene un estacionamiento muy pequeño.
