Antes no tenían tan mal servicio en atención a clientes, he sido muy paciente pero NO he recibido seguimiento y llevo 1 semana buscandolos y esperandolos, a través de sus 2 lineas de tel y de whatssap, de la linea telefónica me mandan al SMS y luego al Whatssapp y viceversa, PESSSSSIIIMOOOO!!
Terrible service, what's up !! Before they did not have such bad customer service, I have been very patient but I have NOT received follow-up and I have been looking for them for 1 week and waiting for them, through their 2 phone lines and whatssap, they send me the SMS and then to WhatsApp and vice versa, PESSSSSIIIMOOOO !!

You can never talk to a human advisor! I've been in the chat for hours. The service constantly fails, even if it is fiber optic. Almost impossible to house.

En lo personal mi agradecimiento a Francisco Pasillas por dar el extra a la hora de atender y dar seguimiento a mi solicitud.
I went at a time when they were short on staff due to the pandemic and I had an excellent response, they were attentive and were able to manage people and prioritize the different requests of the people who were trained.
