Es la primera falla de internet que tengo en 4 meses, pero por los comentarios nunca cumplen sus plazos de solución de fallas y no les importa que la gente dependa tanto del internet en esta época They don't meet their troubleshooting deadlines. Vía telefónica me dijeron que me instalaban en 10 días ya pasaron y no llego el técnico, fui a checar a la sucursal y me dijeron que de los 50 MB que contrate solo me iban a llegar 2 MB a mi zona. Me hubieran dicho eso desde un inicio y no hacerme perder el tiempo!!! Ya cancele mi instalación, asqueroso servicio, el peor internet de Mexico They have lousy service. No puedes pagar en caja con efectivo te obligan a usar cajero, aun cuando requieras solicitar otro servicio en el mismo momento. 2do solicité un equipo de red fija y te lo cobran, es decir si quieres el servicio de telefonía uno mismo debe ver como hacer las llamadas. 3ro Solicite un teléfono a cargo del recibo y me dicen si... piden identificación y se dan cuenta que el recibo no tiene el nombre completo y me piden hacer todo un trámite para corregirlo.... si ellos cometieron el error al otorgar la línea, el cliente debe hacer el trámite. 4to. No dieron solución rápida, prefirieron no vender un equipo y dejar de cobrar llamadas a nacionales e internacionales por falta de equipo en esa línea telefónica. Pésima atención... Sr. SLIM, eligieron al peor personal para atender su changarro!
