★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar agradable con amplio surtido en pantallas teléfonos fijos, celulares y la atención muy bien creo que en atención les pongo las cinco estrellas y bueno la cuestión del cajero fue atinado ponerlo ahí para mí es mucho más práctico que hacer fila aunque claro nunca falta el amigo que se pone rudo para contestar o al que agarramos de malas y se le sale una contestación fea pero en general bien hay gente ya con mucho años ahí y saben cómo atender al cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando se trata de que te cobran, hasta 10 días antes te están meditando, pero cuando vas a reclamar por su pésimo servicio de telefonía e internet,bye dan largas al asunto. Incluso suben la factura mensual sin justificación alguna. Ojalá y la autoridad competente haga algo por nosotros los usuarios.
When it comes to charging you, up to 10 days before they are meditating you, but when you go to complain about their terrible phone and internet service, bye they delay the matter. They even raise the monthly bill without any justification. Hopefully and the competent authority does something for us users.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala, contraté un paquete de 20 MB y solo me llegan 11 máximo, se pasma constantemente el servicio, fui a las oficinas y me dijeron que me habian instalado un equipo " anterior" que enviarian un tecnico para cambiarlo por uno mas reciente, a pero a los diez dias de haber instalado el servicio, ya me estaba llegando la factura por el mes completo!!
Very bad, I hired a 20 MB package and I only get 11 maximum, the service is constantly stunned, I went to the offices and they told me that they had installed a "previous" equipment that they would send a technician to change it for a more recent one, to but ten days after installing the service, I was already receiving the invoice for the entire month !!

El trabajo del personal esta bien
pero sus servicios son muy malos no dan lo q prometen y tardan en resolver los problemas
