★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, contrate un paquete de internet de 150 megas con fibra óptica la cual si hay en la zona en la que estoy, contrate solamente servicio de internet y me dijeron que la instalación sería sin costo y cuál fue mi sorpresa que me instalaron un paquete de 20 megas con línea telefónica sin fibra óptica y viene el costo de instalación también en el pago, me hicieron una migración de línea según hace 1 mes y aún no vienen a cambiarme la instalación en conclusión me pusieron el que ellos quisieron y solo te traen vuelta y vuelta que en 72 horas queda arreglado que en 48 horas pasa el técnico y no lo hacen según que porque los tecnicos no ganan en ese tipo de cambio ganan comicios en los nuevos por eso tardan en los que ya tienen instalado ósea que asus clientes que ya tienen les valemos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a solicitar una instalación hace un año en diciembre del 2019 y en febrero de este año llamaron para saber si aún quería el servicio, lo cual dije que si, y segun irían la semana siguiente... es noviembre del 2020 y sigo esperando... Fui el martes y muy grosero el policía no supo dar información y no dejan pasar...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, pésimo servicio, acudo para resolver un servicio y únicamente se limitaron a preocuparse porqué les diera mis datos para quitar del sistema una queja que había subido, justamente por la causa que me obligó acudir a sus oficinas, según ellos me resolvieron, pero una semana después tuve que volver a acudir pues nunca me resolvieron mi problema!!! Y sigo en espera...
