★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad pésima atención hoy me trataron como si fuera delincuente me negaron el crédito pre autorizado porque mi ife no esta vigente o tiene un proceso de reposición dijeron... La cheque personalmente al llegar a mi casa y esta vigente y sin problema... Pero desde que entre a tienda me recibieron con puras negativas aunque nunca les he quedado mal con mis mensualidades... Como recomendación diré que les falta un curso de atención a clientes porque a un cliente se le trata con dignidad por mas humilde que sea su aspecto, ojala y escuchen la sugerencia les garantizo que su productividad como empresa crecera y tendran clientes satisfechos.
The really bad attention today I was treated as if I was a delinquent I was denied pre-authorized credit because my ife is not in force or has a replacement process said ... The check personally upon arriving at my house and is current and without problem ... But since I entered the shop they greeted me with pure negatives although I have never been wrong with my monthly payments ... As a recommendation I will say that they lack a customer service course because a client is treated with dignity no matter how humble his or her look, hopefully and listen to the suggestion I guarantee that your productivity as a company will grow and you will have satisfied customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo cuatro dias sin Internet y llamo para decirles y como que no les importa ,eso si son mui buenos para cobrar la factura mensual ,asi de buenos deberian de ser para venir a checar mi linea de Internet ,para mi es mui mal servicio y no es la única vez que hablo para que vengan a checarlo ya e llamado en varias ocasiones y me ignoran ?♂️
I have four days without the Internet and I call to tell them and as they don't care, that if they are very good to collect the monthly bill, it should be good to come to check my Internet line, for me it is very bad service and not It's the only time I talk to come check it out and call several times and ignore me ?♂️
